This seminar will present Kiiko’s unique and practical approaches to addressing commonly encountered structural problems of the upper body and neck and their underlying energetic patterns. Of all the structural problems that occur in the body those of the neck and shoulders are probably the most common.
Structural imbalances can accumulate over time from poor posture, work or lifestyle habits. They may result more immediately from injury, or of course, an underlying energetic weakness or stagnation. They interfere with posture and movement and can cause the function of the internal organs to be compromised.
Requirements: Participants should bring loose clothing and an eyeliner or surgical marker pen, to facilitate the practical elements of the course.
Participants must have completed the Foundation course to participate in the Rolling Programme.
Each seminar of our Rolling Programme of Kiiko style acupuncture studies can be taken individually as a stand-alone module or as part of the series. Each day is an interactive blend of theory, demonstration and practical work, giving practitioners the maximum opportunity to learn and experience this style and before integrating it into their existing practice.
